Viewings UK takes a job from posted to paid. Here’s the full journey for both sides — including exactly what to capture when photos or a video walk-through are needed.

For Property Agents

Specify property, date, time, duration

Job locked in, awaiting viewing day

For Viewing Agents

Browse & Apply

Find jobs, contact property agent, agree price

Conduct Viewing

Record all attendee names

If Photography Required

Photography: 2-3 Photos per Room

  • Bright room: open curtains, switch on lights
  • Hold phone landscape (sideways)
  • Use widest lens setting, chest height
  • Two photos from opposite corners
  • Add one detail shot if key feature
  • Total: 12-15 photos per property
If Video Walk-Through Required

Video: 10 Seconds per Room

  • Hold phone vertically (portrait)
  • Walk steadily, 10 seconds per room
  • Enter, walk to opposite corner, exit
  • Show room transitions between spaces
  • Keep silent (no narration)
  • Total: 2-3 minutes full property

Submit & Complete

Upload photos/video, confirm attendees, mark job complete

Payment Processed

Receive payment for completed viewing job
